Westlife 歌词翻译(二)

　　今天再带来两首新的歌曲——《The Rose》和《Chances》!
　　我很喜欢《The Rose》的歌词，觉得它非常得优美且带有一些人生的思考，非常值得像我这样的年轻人一读。这里和这里有相关的介绍。

　　我觉得比较难翻译的是“It’s the one who won’t be taken， who can not seem to give”这句，就目前来看，我觉得翻译成“不愿意付出的人，永远得不到他人的接纳”，相对来讲比较合理，但仍然需要完善才行。
　　接下来，我们开始今天的第二首歌——《Chances》。其实说实话，我只喜欢这首歌的开头部分，而且总感觉它的歌词在逻辑上并不怎么顺，当然，这只是个人印象而已。

　　在这首歌里，我把“I need some more of you to take me over”翻译成“我需要你更多地在我身旁，帮助我”，确实有些牵强，但我目前还没有想到更好的翻译，姑且就先这么放着吧。

　　这是本人初次尝试翻译Westlife的歌词，刚开始必定有不少不合理的地方，希望以后自己可以加以改正，并有所提升。嗯嗯，就这样吧。
　　下面隆重请出第一首，也是我最喜欢的一首————《Soledad》。我个人觉得，这首真的可以称得上是Westlife的Masterpiece了。很忧伤，很感人。

　　在翻译的时候，我没有像许多人那样，把“soledad”当成是一位女孩的名字，而是直接取其本意，即“孤独”之意。另外，为配合我这种想法，我把“Why did you leave me”中的“leave”翻译成了“留下来”，这是为了表达“为什么要把孤独留给我”的意思。
　　第二首是《If I Let You Go》。这也是让我很有感觉的一首，其中的有些描写和我自己的个性颇有几分相似（嗯……这不算高攀吧）。

　　这里最难翻译的就是“And once again I´m thinking about， Taking the easy way out”，有人将之翻成“我再次去想，想出更容易的方法”，不过我觉得这种翻法稍有些生硬，还是意译成“一次又一次，我告诉自己，得想想有什么简单的方法可以去面对这一切啊”来得顺畅。
